Janani Maternity Wear is a UK-based maternity and nursing wear brand. All communication is handled via email or our official Instagram page. We produce in limited quantities, and every piece is designed to support you through your motherhood journey.

ORDER POLICY

• Our garments are available in limited quantities. We advise placing your order early to avoid missing out.
• Please check all order details (size, shipping address, and contact info) carefully before confirming your purchase.
• If you need to cancel or return an order, contact us at info@jananimaternitywear.com within the appropriate timeframe (see return/cancellation policy below).
• Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

SIZING & CUSTOMISATION

• We offer standard UK sizing as shown on our product pages. Items marked Free Size are designed to fit a flexible range of body types, as detailed in the product description.
• We currently do not offer size customisation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide from the UK.

Shipping Rates:

• UK: Free standard delivery
• Europe: £8 flat rate
• Rest of the World: £15 flat rate

Estimated Delivery Time:
7–21 working days for all orders, depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Shipping timelines may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns on UK orders only, within 14 days of delivery.

To return a product:

• Contact us at info@jananimaternitywear.com with your order number and reason for return.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

International Orders:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if you face such issues.

Exchanges: Not available. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item (UK orders only) and place a new order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@jananimaternitywear.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once your order is processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it. If already shipped, you may initiate a return (UK orders only) once received.

DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCTS

We quality check each piece before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

• Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

GARMENT CARE

Our garments are made using soft cottons and hand-finished details. For best results:

• Gentle cold wash by hand or machine
• Line dry in shade
• Do not bleach or tumble dry

Slight variations in print, weave, or color are natural due to handmade processes and are not considered defects.
